- Your Order number
- Description of Goods
- Value of goods
- Once report is recieved, it will be escalated to priority and an investigation will be triggered. This may take between 3 - 14 days. During this period you will be updated regularly on the investigation and may be asked to provide more details.
- Once your problem is solved we will update you on the situation and close the case as resolved.
- Where our investigation led to nothing positive, we will revert to compensation mentioned in our Terms Of Carriage
